Participation qualifications (No particular requirements.)
1 The number of performers is limited to 40 due to the convenience of the venue
More than one conductor is allowed.
2 Participating groups will be selected based on sound source screening.
Assigned Song to be performed and Limit
"Carnival Roses Overture" by Joseph Olivadotti
The performance must be within 20 minutes including the theme piece (no limit on the number of pieces within the time limit).
The music above must be commercially available (any edition).
Any edition is acceptable).
Evaluation
The best performance throughout the performance, and awards (Senior, Junior, Three Generations, Community...e.t.c.) for the best performance in each category, and judges' awards from the judges' individual perspectives will be considered.
*This is not a contest, so there will be no announcement of results based on rankings.

How to apply
Access the JBA Tokyo Section and Kanagawa Prefecture Branch Website
Contest Application, and enter the required information;
1 Group name Representative (contact information) Performer Name of conductor
2 Title of piece(s) (composer, title of piece)
3 More than one conductor is allowed.
4 The number of performers must be within 40, and the performance time must be within 20 minutes. (There is no limit to the number of pieces.)
5Theme music (designated music) must be included in the performance.
*The sound recording must be a song within 7 minutes (must be something that appeals to the audience and recorded within the past year.)
After submitting your application, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from the organizer's office, so be sure to enter the correct information.
Participation fee & Procedures
Overseas organizations and bands should follow the instructions of the organizing
office in Japan for payment procedures.

2 Participation Fee
Sound Screening Fee 5,000 yen
Participation Fee 100,000 yen
*All entry fees must be paid in Japanese yen. Once paid, the participation fee is not refundable.
Other
No parking space is provided at the venue , so if you need a parking space for buses, trucks, etc., you are required to use a nearby parking lot.
